EH4ALL/HOPE DENTAL CENTRE is a charity (not for profit) dedicated to improving oral health and wellbeing of all Tanzanians . For more than 12 years through Hope dental Centre we have continued to provide expert, independent and impartial advice on all aspects of oral health directly to those who need most.

We work closely with UK dental health professionals, manufacturers, the dental trade, national and local agencies and the public, to achieve our mission of addressing the inequalities which exist in oral health, changing people’s lives for the better.

The concept of preventive dentistry and the benefits which could ensue from it were very new and being practiced by only a small proportion of the dental profession. EH4ALL/HOPE DENTAL CENTRE insists on preventive message that ‘Teeth are for Life’ spread as widely as possible to the public of Tanzania with the aim of improving the overall oral health of everyone.

As a charity, we are looking to provide high quality information and oral hygiene services to health professionals everywhere in Tanzania Mainland in dental surgeries, health centres, hospitals and education centres (Nursery and Primary CCT), offer value and quality to professionals seeking oral health education and motivational materials for their patients and their local community.

Training to Children care takers/teachers in nursery and primary schools as well as in orphanage centers
Provide oral health education to pupils 3- 11 years followed by oral screening
To enhance teeth brushing habits by providing them with tooth brushes and tooth pastes.
To provide Oral health promotion materials, leaflets, posters, tooth brushes and tooth paste
Conduct TV/radio oral health messages programs (‘let all hear-LAH’programme)
Incapacitate children care takers to be able to know early signs of dental caries and gum disease and refer timely.
Create ‘afya clubs’, all health matters discussed including Oral health
